Justine Olfert
Justine OIfert is a Registered Acupuncturist with the College of Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioners and Acupuncturists of Newfoundland and Labrador. She received her acupuncture diploma from the Kootenay Columbia College (formerly the Academy of Classical Oriental Science) in Nelson, BC. She is passionate about mental health, women’s health, and using acupuncture to create a better quality of life for those that live on the west coast of Newfoundland. Justine truly believes that your body cannot heal if it does not have a chance to get into a rest and digest state. In the fast paced world we live in, she strives to create a safe and nurturing environment that allows you to find that state and relax your nervous system. Yin Yoga is how she became interested in learning more about Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) and received her training in level one and level two in 2020. She hasn’t stopped learning about TCM since and this sparked her journey to start acupuncture college. She now teaches a yin class here in Corner Brook that is melded with TCM philosophy and lifestyle advice. If she is not at the clinic, you can find her walking her pug, hiking, enjoying nature, beachcombing, or attending yoga classes. Justine is Registered with the CTCMPANL & NLHCP: #R.Ac-67
