Acupuncture Initial Assessment & Treatment (90 Minutes)
Description
During your first appointment, Registered Acupuncturist Justine Olfert, R.Ac, will conduct a comprehensive intake and assessment. This includes a thorough review of your health history and detailed questions about your overall well-being—from head to toe. As part of the diagnostic process, Justine will check your pulse on both wrists and examine your tongue, key tools in Traditional Chinese Medicine used to gain insight into your body's internal state. Based on this assessment, she will develop a personalized treatment plan tailored to your unique needs. This may include a combination of acupuncture needles, moxibustion (moxa), gua sha, fire cupping, electro-acupuncture, tui na (Chinese massage and acupressure), as well as lifestyle and wellness guidance. *If you have not attended Acupuncture at this clinic in the past or it has been longer than 12 months since your last appointment, please select this appointment.
